Disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention are a D2D resource allocating method and user equipment including that: when switching to a target resource allocating mode, the user equipment determines whether the user equipment has transmitted a resource allocating request to the base station for requiring allocation of the D2D resource, wherein, the target resource allocating mode is the resource allocating mode in which the user equipment chooses D2D resource according to preset rules from a D2D resource pool pre-obtained by the user equipment; when having sent the resource allocating request to the base station and not yet received the target D2D resource allocating information transmitted by the base station and requested by the resource allocating request, the user equipment performs a resource processing operation according to the resource allocating request to avoid wasting D2D resource; the user equipment chooses first D2D resource from the D2D resource pool pre-obtained by the user equipment. The embodiment of the present invention is able to resolve the problem of D2D resource allocation in D2D communication. |
