The present invention relates to a wireless access system supporting machine type communication (MTC). According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method of an MTC terminal transmitting a reception acknowledgement signal (HARQ-ACK) in a wireless access system supporting MTC may comprise the steps of: monitoring a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) in a monitoring section consisting of N subframes; receiving one or more PDCCHs from the N subframes; and transmitting HARQ-ACK with respect to all the subframes included in the monitoring section in the xth subframe after the subframe in which a monitoring section is finished. |
