The present invention relates to a magnetic material and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of a magnetic material distributes and mixes hexaferrite micropowder of a plate shape and a condensed body formed by condensing the hexaferrite micropowder of a plate shape by a proper heat treatment in a resin to manufacture a magnetic material which satisfies high permeability and low permeability loss at the same time.
