PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a risk detection device, a risk detection method, and a program for automatically detecting frequent occurrence spots classified for each factor on the basis of near-miss cases.SOLUTION: A risk detection device 1 includes a case information acquisition unit, a first classification unit, a detection unit and an output unit 13. The case information acquisition unit acquires case information including an occurrence position of a case which has not resulted in an accident but has its possibility and a traveling direction of a vehicle in occurrence. The first classification unit classifies the case information into at least one group caused by the same cause on the basis of identity of the occurrence positions and the traveling directions in the case information. The detection unit detects a group including the predetermined number of cases or more among the at least one classified group as a frequent occurrence spot of the case occurrence. The output unit 13 outputs the frequent occurrence spot as a result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
