PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device that has a low off current, provide a semiconductor device that displays an image correctly, provide a display device that has a wide viewing angle, or provide a display device that has a screen with less burn in.SOLUTION: To solve the problem, a circuit comprises a transistor including an oxide semiconductor (OS: Oxide Semiconductor), particularly a thin-film MOS transistor including an oxide semiconductor.
