PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet capable of preventing a non-plating phenomenon by suppressing the formation of Si, Mn or Al oxide and excellent in plated surface quality, adhesion of plating and strength.SOLUTION: The hot-dip galvanized steel sheet includes a base steel sheet, a reduced Fe layer formed on the base steel sheet and a hot-dip galvanized layer formed on the reduced Fe layer. In an interface between the reduced Fe layer and the hot-dip galvanized layer, the total amount of one or two kinds of SiO2 and Al2O3 is 0.01 g/m2 or less. One or two kinds or more oxide of Si oxide, Mn oxide, Al oxide and a composite oxide thereof having the maximum length of 1 μm in a longitudinal direction on a cross section are included within 1 μm in the basis steel sheet direction from the interface between the reduced Fe layer and the hot-dip galvanized layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
