The purpose of the present invention is to minimize the deterioration of communication quality even when Listen Before Talk (LBT) is applied in uplink transmission. Provided is a user terminal comprising: a transmission unit for transmitting a delivery confirmation signal in response to a downlink data signal transmitted from a wireless base station; and a control unit for controlling transmission of the delivery confirmation signal on the basis of the result of LBT in an uplink. The control unit determines the feedback timing of the delivery confirmation signal in accordance with the result of LBT in an uplink subframe prior to a predetermined uplink subframe when the delivery confirmation signal is transmitted in the predetermined uplink subframe.
