Provided is a radio frequency power assembly, comprising a first component, a second component and a first bonding wire set, the first bonding wire set comprising at least three first bonding wire units, the first bonding wire unit comprising at least one arc-shaped bonding wire, the two ends of the first bonding wire unit are electrically connected to electrodes of the first component and the second component respectively, an arc height of the first bonding wire unit on the two sides is greater than an arc height of a first bonding wire unit in other locations in the first bonding wire set, and an arc height of a first bonding wire unit in the center region is less than an arc height of a first bonding wire unit in another location, such that the current passing through at least three first bonding wire units is equal, or the phase-difference between the currents passing through any two of the first bonding wire units is less than a preset threshold. The present invention significantly reduces energy consumption of a radio frequency power assembly, and avoids component damage, thus reducing usage cost. |
