The touch screen comprises: a substrate (9); a patterned metal grid layer (10), a transparent insulating layer (20) and a patterned transparent conductive layer (30), said layers being formed on the substrate (9). The metal grid layer (10) comprises mutually intersecting first driving lines (11) and first sensing lines (12), and the transparent conductive layer (30) comprises second driving lines (31) and second sensing lines (32), the second driving lines (31) being distributed along the first driving lines (11) and connected in parallel to the first driving lines (11) to form driving lines, the second sensing lines (32) being distributed along the first sensing lines (12) and connected in parallel to the first sensing lines (12) to form sensing lines.
