Disclosed is a hydraulic toggle lever transmission brake type plate shearing machine, comprising a machine frame (1) and hydraulic systems (4), wherein three groups of guide rail wheels (7) are arranged between two vertical columns (2) of the machine frame (1), a movable tool rest (3) is connected among the three groups of guide rail wheels (7), a blade is arranged on the movable tool rest (3), the guide rail wheels (7) are all fixedly connected between upper ends or lower ends of the two vertical columns (2), the hydraulic systems (4) are arranged on the outside of the two vertical columns (2), the two vertical columns (2) are connected to the hydraulic systems (4), the hydraulic systems (4) are connected to the movable tool rest (3) via a toggle lever (5), and the toggle lever (5) penetrates the vertical column (2) and can rotate by taking the connection point between itself and the vertical column (2) as a pivot point. By means of the hydraulic toggle lever transmission brake type plate shearing machine, the external height and centre of gravity of the whole machine are lowered, and stability is improved; and the plate shearing machine is rational in structure, and is convenient to adjust, maintain, assemble and disassemble. |
