摘要 An oriented ultra-low carbon silicon steel and preparation method therefor, the components thereof comprising in mass percentages C 0.002 - 0.005%, Si 2.8 - 4.0%, Mn 0.07-0.3%, Al 0.02 - 0.1%, Cu ≤ 0.5%, S 0.01 - 0.03%, N 0.004 - 0.02%, O ≤ 0.005%, and the rest being Fe and unavoidable impurities; the magnetic performance P17/50 being 0.8 - 1.1 W/Kg, and the magnetic induction B8 being 1.85 - 1.94T. The preparation method comprises: (1) smelting molten steel, placing in a tundish, and cast-rolling to form cast strips; (2) hot rolling; (3) laminar flow cooling, acid washing, and conducting two-stage cold rolling; (4) increasing the temperature to 1200 ± 10℃ under nitrogen gas protection, conducting high-temperature annealing, cooling in furnace to 400 ± 0℃, and air cooling.
