The present invention provides an apparatus to integrally manage mails based on a communication network, which comprises: a mail creating module which creates mails based on information, images and client information related to mails input from a terminal of a client party; an archive creating module which creates an archiving file based on output option information for the mail, access information for enabling a user to access an image included in the mail, and the information about the mail; and an information processing requesting module which transmits the archiving file to a mail output and transmission device, connected through the communication network, on the basis of a mail transmission or output request transmitted from the terminal of the client party. |
