The invention relates to a device that comprises a carriage (3) and an oven (2) including a baking chamber (21), a plurality of stacked baking soles (220) and means (23) for heating said soles. According to the invention the device (1) includes a plurality of nets (4) made of a heat-resistant flexible material (42) comprising at least one cell (420) for receiving said baked food products, wherein said carriage (3) is arranged for inserting said nets (4) into the oven (2), for withdrawing same from the oven and for positioning same opposite a sole (220), and it includes means for vertically moving the soles (220) and/or the nets (4) relative to each other so as to place said soles (220) and said nets (4) in an active position in which the bottom of the cells (420) of a net (4) is in contact with the baking sole (220) located opposite and is capable of deformation upon contact with said sole (220), so as to bake said products by induction, and in a passive position, in which the bottom of said cells is separated from the sole (220) located opposite. |
