PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods and compositions for reducing or preventing deterioration or inactivation of live attenuated virus compositions.SOLUTION: A live attenuated virus composition contains one or more live attenuated flaviviruses; one or more albumins selected from the group consisting of lactalbumins and serum albumins; and trehalose. The live attenuated virus composition can reduce inactivation of the live attenuated viruses. Also provided is a method and kit for reducing inactivation of the live attenuated virus composition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
