The invention relates to a rotating transformer magnetic core (14) including bars (142) placed along a longitudinal axis (16) of the core and at least two side panels (144) that are axially spaced from each other and radially extend from the bars so as to define, together with said bars, at least one annular groove wherein a toroidal coil is to be placed. Each side panel is made up of a bundle of circular magnetic metal sheets which are radially arranged, and the bars are each made up of a plurality of stacks of magnetic metal sheets. The metal sheet stacks forming the bars are axially arranged and assembled on the circular metal sheet bundles, angularly spaced from each other about the longitudinal axis of the core. |
