The present invention relates to a board manufacturing apparatus for construction and a method. More specifically, the method is capable of improving the productivity of an eco-friendly board by automating a series of processes, and manufacturing the board in the narrow area by efficiently arranging the apparatuses. The board manufacturing apparatus for construction comprises: a raw material supply unit for injecting a raw material in a mold; a mold arrangement supply unit for arranging and transporting the mold transported through a transporting conveyor in the orthogonal direction; a board molding unit for pressurizing and flattening the raw material inside the mold; an eject unit for discharging the molded board in a fixed form; and a drying unit for drying the board.
