An outage management system is disclosed. The outage management system comprises: an event receiving unit which receives outage event information; a database which stores duplicate event filtering rules and pre-recognized event filtering rules for erasing duplicate outage event information from grouped outage event information; an analyzing unit which analyzes an outage occurrence situation using the outage event information; a filtering rule generating unit which generates the pre-recognized event filtering rules using the analyzed outage occurrence situation information; and an event filtering unit which applies the duplicate event filtering rules and the pre-recognized event filtering rules to the outage event information received by the event receiving unit such that an outage event that is not discarded can be transmitted to the analyzing unit. |
