The present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode (OLED) display device to use one of signal lines as a signal and a power line to supply a signal for transistor control and power for OLED operation. According to the present invention, the OLED display device applies a scan power signal, which is made of a scan pulse for operating a switching thin film transistor (TFT) and power for making the OLED emit light, to a gate line. The switching TFT charges data voltage or second power to a storage capacitor when the scan pulse is inputted. When a charged capacitor operates and turns on an operation TFT, the operation TFT supplies power, included in the scan power signal, to the OLED for making the same emit light. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a signal and power through one line to reduce production costs. |
