PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods and compositions for locally increasing fat and/or adipose cells in the body of a subject.SOLUTION: More specifically, it is possible to locally increase body fat by percutaneously administering to a subject a compound being thiazolidinedione or an appetite-stimulating pregnane derivative which, if necessary, may be delivered as a composition comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
