PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print and output information related to a sign of a malfunctional event at a time point when the sign is detected while securing confidentiality for user.SOLUTION: A form in which the print processing of a sign notification document indicating the determination of a malfunctional event such as the shortage of consumables of an image forming device 100, and a result of the determination is described in a page description language is stored in a sign analysis form storage part 150. In the form, there is described a command that a specified portion out of contents of sign notification should be printed in a form of a code such as a two-dimensional code which is difficult for human beings to read and understand. A sign analysis job creation part 140 reads a remaining amount of the consumables from a maintenance information DB 130, creates job data which include the remaining amount in a form of variable data, and makes a job processing part 110 execute the form. The job processing part calls the form following the job data, and executes the form. At the execution of the form, the presence and absence of the sign is determined following the variable data, and the print information of the determination result is created.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
