The purpose of the invention is to provide a moving image evaluation apparatus and a moving image evaluation system wherein a physical sensor is used to input evaluation information, thereby allowing a moving image to be evaluated by a simple operation for each of a plurality of reproduction times and further allowing the moving image to be more accurately evaluated and analyzed. A moving image evaluation apparatus for an evaluator to evaluate a reproduced moving image is characterized by being provided with: a moving image reproduction means for reproducing the moving image; an evaluation reception means for receiving evaluation information in accordance with the evaluator's input operation of a physical sensor during reproduction of the moving image by the moving image reproduction means; an evaluation information storage means for storing the evaluation information with an associated reproduction time of the moving image; and an evaluation information display means for displaying the evaluation information with the associated reproduction time of the moving image.
