The present invention relates to a 6-(1H-indol-4-yl)-4-(5-{[4-1-methylethyl)-1-piperazinyl]methyl}-1,3-oxazol-2-yl)-1H-indazole hemi succinate salt (a compound of formula (II)) and a polymorph thereof, which are inhibitors of PI3-kinase activity. The preset invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising said salt or said polymorph, to the use thereof in inhibiting PI3-kinase and in the treatment and manufacture of a medicament for use in the treatment of a disorder mediated by inappropriate PI3-kinase activity, and to a method of treating such disorder.
