PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferritic stainless steel that has excellent workability and corrosion resistance equal to or higher than those of SUH409 L.SOLUTION: A ferritic stainless steel plate comprises, in mass%, C: 0.025% or less, Si: 0.01-1.00%, Mn: 0.05-1.00%, P: 0.040% or less, S: 0.030% or less, Al: 0.001-0.100%, Cr: 12.5-14.4%, Ni: 0.01-0.80%, Ti: 0.10-0.40%, Nb: 0.010-0.100%, V: 0.01-0.25%, and N: 0.020% or less, where the Ti content and the Nb content satisfy the following formula (1), with the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities.
