An Si concentration on a junction surface of the aluminum member 22A is set to be within a range of 0.03 mass% or more and 1.0 mass% or less, a Ti material 25 is interposed between the aluminum member 22A and the metal member 22B, the aluminum member 22A and the metal member 22B are laminated, the laminated aluminum member 22A and metal member 22B are heated, and each of the aluminum member 22A and the Ti material 25, and each of the Ti material 25 and the metal member 22B are solid-phase diffusion bonded to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
