1. A synchronising device (1) for synchronising a first rotatable part with a second rotatable part adjacent to said first rotatable part, wherein said synchronising device (1) comprises:
a first part (100) provided with an engaging sleeve (110), and a second part (200) provided with a synchroniser ring (210), wherein said engaging sleeve (110) is provided with a first set of internal teeth (111) enabling a rotationally fix and axially displaceable arrangement upon said first part (100), provided with a first conical friction surface (112), and is adapted to be positioned in a first and a second axial position, wherein said first axial position said first set of internal teeth (111) engages only with said first part (100) and in said second axial position, said first set of internal teeth (111) engages with both said first and said second part (100, 200), wherein said synchroniser ring (210) is provided with a mating conical friction surface (213), wherein said first conical friction surface (112) and said mating conical friction surface (213) are adapted to interact with each other in order to synchronise said engaging sleeve (110) and said synchroniser ring (210), i.e. the first and second parts (100, 200), provided with a second set of internal teeth (211) enabling an arrangement upon said second part (200), wherein said second set of internal teeth (211) is provided with a first blocking surface (212) adapted to interact with a corresponding second blocking surface (202) upon said second part (200), adapted to be positioned in a first and a second axial position, wherein in said first axial position said blocking surfaces (212, 202) can interact with each other and said second axial position enables engagement of the engaging sleeve (110) with the second part (200), and adapted to be positioned in a first and a second rotational position relative to the second part (200), wherein said first rotational position enables said blocking surfaces to interact with each other and said second rotational position enables an axial displacement of said synchroniser ring (210), whereinsaid synchroniser device (1) is characterised in that,
at least an axial positioning resilient member (220) is arranged to act upon said synchroniser ring (210) and said second part (200), wherein said axial positioning resilient member (220) is arranged such relative said synchroniser ring (210) and said second part (200) that said axial positioning resilient member (220) exercise a force upon said synchroniser ring (210) in direction towards its first axial position. |
