Provided is a low-sodium salt, comprising oligomeric potassium alginate and sodium chloride. The oligomeric potassium alginate has a weight average molecular weight of 700 daltons to 10,000 daltons, the molar ratio of the mannuronic acid unit and guluronic acid unit in said alginate is 0.3 to 3.3, and the alginate has an Ubbelohde viscosity of 3 to 15. The weight ratio of the sodium chloride to the oligomeric alginate is (48-83):(13-40). |
