An optical fiber connector, comprising: an outer casing (200); an inner casing (100) disposed in the outer casing (200); a ferrule assembly housed within the inner casing (100), comprising a ferrule (300) and a segment of pre-set optical fiber (21) in the ferrule (300); a spring (500) housed in the inner casing (100) positioned behind the ferrule (300) for applying a pre-set axial force on the ferrule (300). The inner casing comprises a front body (110) and a rear body (120), the rear body (120) being assembled onto the front body (110); the spring (500) is compressed between the rear body (120) and the ferrule (300). The optical fiber connector is simple in structure and is conducive to rapid on-site optical fiber connector assembly.
