Disclosed are a screen printer and a printing method thereof. The screen printer comprises a screen frame (12), a screen gauze (13) and a scraping blade (14), wherein said screen frame (12) comprises four side edges, and when printing, the scraping blade (14) moves from a first side edge (a) to the opposite second side edge (b) of the screen frame (12). The screen printer further comprises a first lifting device (17) located on the first side edge (a) of the screen frame (12), and a second lifting device (18) located on the second side edge (b) of the screen frame (12); a detecting module (16) for detecting the position of said scraping blade (14);and a control device (15) for adjusting the first lifting device (17) and the second lifting device (18) according to the position of the scraping blade (14). The invention prevents the screen gauze from loosening, such that the service life of the screen gauze is prolonged. |
