Provided is a portable spectral imaging device for diagnosing and caring skin. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the portable spectral imaging device for diagnosing and caring skin comprises: an optical system which is installed in a user terminal having an image capturing function, irradiates the skin of an object with light source of the user terminal through a plurality of optical filters formed in a filter wheel, and receives light reflected from the skin of the object to output the same to an image capturing unit of the user terminal; a driving motor which continuously rotates the filter wheel based on the speed of image capturing of the image capturing unit so that each of the optical filters can be located in the straight line with the light source according to an image capturing request from the user terminal; and a communications unit which communicates to receive the image capturing request from the user terminal. The portable spectral imaging device of the present invention can simply perform diagnosis of skin problems and skin care at any time at home by using a user terminal such as a smart phone, a tablet, etc.
