PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic apparatus, an image processing device, and an image processing method capable of performing more accurate positioning.SOLUTION: An X-ray diagnostic apparatus includes an X-ray image generation part, a projection image generation part, a positioning part, and a superimposed image generation part. The X-ray image generation part generates X-ray image data of a predetermined region based on an X-ray that transmits a subject in which medical equipment is inserted at the region. The projection image generation part generates data of a projection image projected from a direction roughly the same as the imaging direction of the X-ray image data based on three-dimensional medical image data in which the region is imaged. The positioning part performs positioning of the X-ray image data and the projection image data using the shape of the medical equipment in the X-ray image data and the contour of the region in the projection image data. The superimposed image generation part generates superimposed image data which superimposes the X-ray image data and the image based on the three-dimensional medical image data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
