1. A method comprising:
obtaining, by a first communication device, operational capability information for a plurality of communication devices, wherein the first communication device and the plurality of communication devices are associated with a user; obtaining, by the first communication device, state information for the plurality of communication devices, wherein the state information includes signal strength; adjusting, by the first communication device, a first function of the first communication device based on the operational capability information and the state information, wherein the first function is associated with a communication service; and transmitting, by the first communication device to the plurality of communication devices, function adjustment information indicating the adjusting of the first function, wherein the transmitting of the function adjustment information causes a second communication device of the plurality of communication devices to adjust a second function of the second communication device based on the function adjustment information, wherein the second function is associated with the communication service. |
