PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric actuator unit which can be manufactured readily and of which the manufacturing process is simplified.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric actuator unit comprises: a rod-like laminate 14 formed by laminating piezoelectric elements 12; a pair of holding members 16, 16 provided on both ends of the laminate 14 in a laminating direction thereof; and a guide member 18 formed by a resin molding method so as to contain the laminate 14 and the pair of holding members 16, 16. Each piezoelectric element 12 has chamfering parts 24 formed by cutting off corner parts. The guide member 18 includes: a collar part 34 superposed on the holding member 16 in the laminating direction; and extending parts 36 each filling a gap formed between opposing chamfering parts 24 of the adjacent piezoelectric elements 12 laminated on each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
