The present invention relates to an agent for preventing or treating arthritis, containing a pyrimidine derivative which has effects as an inhibitor of leucine rich repeat kinase 2 (LRRK2) kinase. The present invention further relates to a production method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to an agent for preventing or treating degenerative brain disease such as Parkinson′s disease, which comprises a compound represented by chemical formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a hydrate, a solvate, a pro-drug, or an isomer.
