A card game is disclosed including methods and apparatus for playing the card game in a casino environment. In an exemplary method, the game may be played with one or more decks of cards, a dealer and at least one player, and include: providing a playing surface having a marked area for placing two-card combination wagers, and a marked area for placing three-card combination wagers; dealing a sequence of three cards; and determining winning two-card wagers based on combinations of two of the three cards dealt corresponding to predetermined two-card combinations, and determining winning three card wagers based on combinations of the first, second and third cards corresponding to predetermined three-card combinations.
