PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a silicon material in which CaSiof three-layer structure is converted to CaSiof six-layer structure by a convenient method and the CaSiis used as raw material.SOLUTION: A method for producing a silicon material comprises a six-layer structure CaSiproduction step for heating CaSicomprising three-layer structure CaSiat 400°C or more and then cooling it at a rate of 150°C/h or more, a laminar silicon compound production step for making the CaSithrough the step react with acid to yield a laminar silicon compound, and a silicon material production step for heating the laminar silicon compound at 300°C or more to yield a silicon material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
