PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tightening device of an insulation trolley line which achieves higher workability with a relatively simple structure, and to provide an insulation trolley using the tightening device.SOLUTION: A tightening device 10 of an insulation trolley line 20a includes: a base part 1; an insulator part 2; and a pair of spring materials 3. The base part 1 includes a first holding part 1a and holds a first end part 21a of a first insulation trolley line 21 with the first holding part 1a. The insulator part 2 includes a second holding part 2a and holds a second end part 22a of a second insulation trolley line 22 with the second holding part 2a. The spring materials 3 apply elastic force to an area between the base part 1 and the insulator part 2 in a direction such that the first holding part 1a and the second holding part 2a move close to each other. The base part 1 houses the insulator part 2 so that the insulator part 2 may move along a direction that the elastic force is applied by the spring materials 3. The pair of spring materials 3 is disposed in a manner such that the spring materials 3 face each other across a virtual reference line 24 extending in an arrangement direction of the first holding part 1a and the second holding part 2a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
