PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost cement resistor having a high heat radiation efficiency, which can be reduced in size.SOLUTION: A cement resistor 1 is arranged by filling a cement 8 in a porcelain case 2 so as to envelop a resistance 4 in the porcelain case and curing the cement. The cement resistor comprises: a heat diffusion plate 5 in surface contact with the outer surface of the porcelain case; and a bracket 6 cooperate with the porcelain case to hold the heat diffusion plate therebetween. In the cement resistor, heat generated by the resistance is released to outside the cement resistor through the heat diffusion plate. The material of the heat diffusion plate may be any one aluminum, an aluminum alloy, copper, and a copper alloy. The heat diffusion plate may be in surface contact with the bracket. In the case that the heat diffusion plate and the bracket have through-holes 5b and 6b for fastening the heat diffusion plate and the bracket together by common fastening members, and the heat diffusion plate and the bracket are fastened together with an object 9 to mount the cement resistor on, the heat can be released through fastening members (screws) 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
