PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like material storage box and a storage box storing a sheet-like material, capable of taking out sheet-like materials with comparatively large friction on their surfaces one by one.SOLUTION: A sheet-like storage box 10 storing sheet-like materials which are sheet-like materials S folded by a pop-up system and laminated, is equipped with a take-out port forming plate 11 formed with a take-out port 10h. The take-out port 10h is formed in size enabling a fist of a standard adult to enter the box from the take-out port 10f to pinch an end Se of the sheet-like material S, and a narrow width portion 10hn narrower than the width Ls of the pinched sheet-like material S is formed. Even if the second sheet-like material S tends to be taken out together when the sheet-like material S on a surface layer is pulled out, with resistance when passing through the narrow-width portion 10hn, the sheet-like material S on the surface layer can be separated from the second one.
