PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating sheet and a manufacturing method for the same that can reduce the amount of a heating body layer by patterning the heating body layer in conformity with the structure of a heating target body, whereby the cost of the heating sheet can be reduced and the energy can be saved.SOLUTION: A heating sheet 10c for heating a heating target body (for example, decorative layer 40) has an adhesive layer 24 for making the heating sheet 10c adhere to the heating target body, heating body layers 12a, 12b which produce heat when current flows therethrough, and an insulation layer 20 for insulating the current flowing in the heating body layers 12a, 12b.
