PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel pain therapeutic prodrug for preventing misuse, abuse or overdose of ketone-containing opioid.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a prodrug of oxycodone being ketone-containing opioid, represented by a compound of the following formula.
