The present invention relates to a mobile device communicating via near-field communication, a commute management server, and a system for commute management utilizing same. The mobile terminal according to one aspect of the present invention may comprise: a near-field communication module for obtaining tag information from tags by means of near-field communication; a mobile communication module for transmitting, to a commute management server, the tag information and identification information for a person to be managed by means of a communication network; and a control unit for outputting an explanatory statement composition screen when an explanatory statement request signal is transmitted from the commute management server, and transmitting the information entered by means of the explanatory statement composition screen to the commute management server so as allow the commute of the person to be managed. |
