The purpose of the present invention is to improve noise resistance of a power conversion device wherein a resin material is used. This power conversion device is provided with a power semiconductor module, a control circuit board, and a housing. The power semiconductor module has a switching element, and a metallic module case that forms a housing space for housing the switching element. The housing is configured by including: a resin case for housing the power semiconductor module; a metallic case for housing the control circuit board; and a metallic base that is disposed such that the housing space in the resin case and the housing space in the metallic case are separated from each other. The resin case forms a refrigerant flow channel, a first opening is formed in the metallic base, and the power semiconductor module is disposed such that the housing space in the module case and the housing space in the metallic case are connected to each other via the first opening of the metallic base. |
