Disclosed is a terminal fault correction method, comprising: acquiring, by a terminal, an error log according to a fault correction instruction, and extracting identification information of a corresponding application program from the error log; when the application program is a local application program, according to the identification information of the local application program and a first-level domain name corresponding to an after-sale server pre-setting the local application program, determining the IP address of the after-sale server corresponding to the local application program; according to the IP address corresponding to the after-sale server and a pre-set receiving port, sending the error log to the corresponding after-sale server; determining, by the after-sale server, a solution and feeding back the solution to the terminal according to the error log; and correcting, by the terminal, its own fault according to the solution. Also disclosed is a terminal fault correction system. According to the method and system, the error log of the terminal can be rapidly and accurately acquired, the fault correction is realized, the factory repair phenomenon is eradicated, and the fault correction time and economical cost are decreased. |
