The present invention relates to a catalyst for treating exhaust gas, a treatment method of exhaust gas using the same, and an exhaust gas treatment apparatus using the same. The catalyst for treating exhaust gas purifies exhaust gas discharged from a cleaning apparatus which cleans, using fluid sand, a polymer substance remaining in a forming apparatus for processing a polymer material. Further, the catalyst of the present invention comprises 0.01 to 0.1 wt% of platinum based on the total weight of the catalyst, wherein the platinum is supported in an α-alumina support body. The catalyst of the present invention has excellent combustion reactivity at low temperatures.
