A computer system to instruct an intellectual property (IP) filing, the computer system comprising one or more processors configured to allow an instruction tool to communicate with an IP order database is disclosed. The IP order database being adapted to store a plurality of IP order records on at least one computer readable medium and each IP order record includes (a) at least one receiving agent email address; and (b) an updatable status. The instruction tool is adapted to send an email instructing the IP filing, the email containing a URL corresponding to a particular IP order record, to a corresponding receiving agent email address. |
