The purpose of the present invention is to provide an antibacterial sheet, an antibacterial coat, a laminate, and an antibacterial fluid that have a high clouding- and condensation-preventing effect and are capable of preventing or suppressing bacteria reproduction. This antibacterial sheet has a support body and at least one antibacterial layer arranged upon the support body. The antibacterial layer includes a binder and at least one type of antibacterial agent. The water contact angle of the binder alone is no more than 20°.
