The invention discloses a method of switching uplink and downlink subframes in a low-complexity half-duplex frequency division multiplexing communication UE, the method including the steps of: A. receiving timing advance information transmitted from an eNB; B. setting timing of an uplink subframe of the communication UE according to the timing advance information, determining timing of a downlink subframe of the communication UE by measurement, and determining an interval of time Tinterval between corresponding uplink subframe and downlink subframe according to the timing of the uplink subframe and the downlink subframe of the communication UE; and C. determining a strategy performed in a process of switching between uplink and downlink subframes according to the interval of time Tinterval, and switching time Ts of the communication UE. The invention further discloses an apparatus for switching uplink and downlink subframes in a low-complexity half-duplex frequency division multiplexing communication UE, and a method, in an eNB, of assisting a communication UE in switching uplink and downlink subframes. |
