In wellbore completions it is desirable to cement or otherwise seal the casing to the wellbore. Many times such operations include sealing the interior of the casing against flow. In those instances a means to open the interior of the casing to fluid flow and thereby establish circulation in the well upon command is needed. Additionally it is desirable to be able to pressurize the well several times prior to establishing circulation. In an embodiment of the current invention an interior sleeve block fluid flow through ports in the housing. The inner sleeve is coupled to a j-slot so that a pressurization cycle will move the inner sleeve and cause the inner sleeve to rotate a predetermined distance. |
