PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intelligent air-conditioning control system and a control method thereof, capable of operating an air conditioner while further saving energy, and quickly improving environment in a field.SOLUTION: An intelligent air-conditioning control system includes at least an intelligent control device, an air conditioner, a plurality of detecting devices, and a cloud server. The intelligent control device acquires environmental information and user information detected by the plurality of detecting devices disposed in a field, and calculates a scheduled achievement temperature. The cloud server acquires a user's utilization record temperature on the basis of the user information, and analyzes a large amount of data on the basis of the environmental information and hysteresis data to produce a hysteresis temperature. The intelligent control device acquires the utilization record temperature, the hysteresis temperature, and control parameters from the cloud server, and produces a control command on the basis of the scheduled achievement temperature, the utilization record temperature, the hysteresis temperature and the control parameters to control the air conditioner in the field.
