A backlight module and a display device. The backlight module comprises a backboard (1), a reflector plate (2) and an LED lamp bar (4). The LED lamp bar (4) comprises a base (402) and LED lamps (401). The backboard (1) comprises a backboard body portion (101) and a backboard side wall portion (102). The reflector plate (2) comprises a reflector plate body portion (201) and reflector plate protruding portions (202), and the two reflector plate protruding portions (202) are in contact with a first side surface (6) and a second side surface of the base (402) respectively. The backboard side wall portion (102) is in contact with a third side surface (8) of the base (402). The reflector plate body portion (201) is in contact with a fourth side surface (7) of the base (402). Therefore, the LED lamp bar (4) and the backboard (1) can be fixed without fixing adhesive tapes. In addition, light guide plate protruding portions (302) are arranged on a light guide plate body (301), so that the lattice point distribution area on the periphery of a corresponding vertex angle β is increased, the luminance at the vertex angle β is improved accordingly, and dark corners on the display device are avoided. |
